1. Place Your Order

  • Fill out the form on the right and upload 1–5 clear reference photos (JPEG, PNG, or PDF).

  • Choose well-lit, close-up headshots for the best results.

2. Photo Selection

  • I’ll review your photos and email you to confirm the best one.

  • If needed, I’ll ask for additional pictures to ensure the best reference.

3. Painting Process (1–2 Days)

  • Once we confirm the photo, I’ll start painting.

  • I’ll hand-paint your pet using gouache with a shiny finish on 5”x7” watercolor paper.

  • If I have a high volume of orders, it may take an additional 2–3 days. I’ll notify you if there are any delays.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Your painting will be packed in a protective sleeve and a rigid mailer with a "DO NOT BEND" sticker.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
